What People's Say About Place

Afghan Flavors is an authentic and delicious Afghan meal. Don't be shy absolutely try their lamb and Chicken both come with delicious rice. Also don't forget to top it off with their tea and dessert platter, I recommend the saffron tea. The rest of the food hall seems pretty nice. There's a lot of different options although not all the places were open at 5 o'clock on a Friday night which is a bit strange

The Garage is going through lots of positive changes. For context: when The Garage opened, it was mediocre at best. Even with the food vendors I liked; hours were unpredictable. I've gone back since vendors have switched. I feel the overall selection has improved. There were more vendors open during the times I visited than previously. I have since been back a few more times, and I am happy to see overall consistency. I largely frequent Afghan Flavor now. This is a gem of a restaurant! Such flavorful food, and the chefs are so courteous and kind. They are happy to explain anything if you have questions. I am including a picture of the teas and of a falafel sandwich during falafel day; but what is missing is the lamb and rice and the baklava. I ate them before I remembered to take a picture! Ms Hong Kong is a newer vendor, and the bubble tea was delicious. I look forward to trying more from them. I think The Garage is finding its groove, and I hope people come support it; it's a great meet up spot. I have one star down on atmosphere because it can get loud and echoes are strong in there, but I expect that going in. I think the overall vibes are good. Keep in mind, different vendors do different niches. Some vendors cost more than others. Having said that; I feel for every meal I've gotten at The Garage, the prices were fair for what you receive.

If you are looking for a unique experience with seafood, this is a great choice! The 4.9 rating is well deserved. This is not a sit-down and dine-in restaurant. The space in the rice shrimp box was rocking with a good amount of shrimp, potatoes, and plenty of boiled eggs. The crabby fries have plenty of protein. The mac and cheese did not have a lot of protein but plenty of cheese and flavor. The egg rolls were full of protein and fried just right. I would recommend a little less seasoning on the crab egg rolls. This is a definite try for this minority owned restaurant. I had a good conversation with the owners sister. She seems to really love cooking!

New School Cafe is so good I’m writing this review while eating here. The gluten free bread is also made in house like the others which is a RARE find. The pork belly on my sandwich was cooked to perfection. You can tell that great care goes into how the food and everything has such good flavor.

We ordered the shrimp birria tacos and meatball sub. Both are amazingly delicious. The only thing that would make it better was if the sub came with fries . The atmosphere was great. They offer off Street parking. Wish there was more food vendors but absolutely loved everything about it!!

This is a neat place, very casual. Went for my daughter in laws birthday. We did not eat because she wanted the crab boiled and they were not open. I almost gave a 4 star because of that, but I really liked the place. The atmosphere is perfect for a casual meeting. Bar was open and the bartender was great. My suggestion would be to call ahead if you want a certain food. It was also a Wednesday night.

We were here for the grand opening on Saturday and had to stop by again on Sunday for breakfast. Absolutely incredible! This is such a wonderful gain for Martinsburg! There are several different food stalls with open seating and an outdoor patio available. A great gathering place for sure! You can order from your table through your phone or individually in person at each stall. Between the two days we tried the New School Cafe, Gringo Grotto, Luna Cereal Bar, and Mountaineer Mug and Cafe, and Mountaineer Meat Smokers. All were incredible, and we're looking forward to coming back to try more!

I love Miss Hong Tong Asian Cafe! The corn dog is so chewy and so cheesy and the fish hotdog was so good and flavorful. The vegetable fried dumplings are so crunchy and full of flavor. And of course the boba!! It’s so good and refreshing . Definitely check them out!!!
